Hends Dry BL474 – Fine Barbless Hook for Dry Flies, Sedges and Delicate Fly Patterns

The Hends Dry BL474 is a premium barbless fly tying hook designed for tying dry flies, sedges, emergers and other delicate surface patterns. Featuring a fine wire construction and a relatively short shank, it offers excellent floatation while maintaining the strength needed to confidently land large trout and grayling. 

Manufactured from premium Hi-Carbon steel, the Hends BL474 features a Down Eye, Fine Wire construction, Short Shank, Round Bend, Black Nickel finish and a chemically sharpened barbless point with a slightly upturned profile. Its lightweight design keeps dry flies riding high on the surface, while the exceptionally sharp point provides fast penetration and reliable hook sets.
