When using Jig Off heads, the weight is distributed on one side only, so the nymphs always sink with the heavy side of the head down and the hook up. The advantage is obvious, the smaller the loss of nymphs when fishing on the bottom of the water, because the tip of the hook always points to the surface and not to the bottom.
