Returning a purchased product
Any item purchased from our online store can be returned without reason within 14 days from the date of purchase. The products you wish to return must be in the commercial form in which they were received, in their original packaging, without signs of use, without scratches, injuries, abrasions and other external marks. The original packaging must be intact, not torn, scratched or otherwise damaged.
