Loon Top Ride Fly Drying Powder & Floatant
Loon Top Ride is a combination fly desiccant and powder floatant designed to restore buoyancy to waterlogged dry flies and quickly bring them back into fishing condition.
Known among professional guides as a “Shake and Bake” solution, Top Ride is extremely easy to use – simply place the wet fly, together with the leader attached, into the container and shake. The fly emerges dried and coated with a fine layer of powder floatant.
The formula absorbs moisture from fly materials while creating a water-repellent coating that improves buoyancy. This makes it especially useful after catching a fish, when a dry fly has lost its natural ability to remain on the water surface.
Loon Top Ride is suitable for all types of dry flies, including CDC patterns. The wide container opening makes it easy to treat both small and larger dry fly patterns.
