Black Zonker Red Throat Trout Streamer is a classic streamer that imitates small baitfish and other aquatic prey within the feeding zone of predatory fish. The black silhouette creates strong underwater contrast, especially effective in low light or stained water, while the red throat hotspot acts as an additional visual trigger that often provokes instinctive strikes.
The rabbit strip provides a lively, pulsing action during retrieval, making this fly highly effective for active predator fishing.
Best for: Trout, Chub, Perch
Ideal conditions: Fast and deep currents, year-round use, active predatory behavior or reduced visibility.
