C&F Universal System Fly Patch Small

C&F Universal System Fly Patch Small is a compact fly patch designed for anglers who want their most productive flies always within easy reach. Instead of transferring flies one by one, simply remove the System Foam insert from your C&F Boat Box or Universal System Fly Case and place it directly into the Fly Patch. The same selection of flies can be used while wading or fishing from a boat without preparing separate fly boxes.

The integrated Foam Changer system allows the foam insert to be exchanged in just seconds. The Fly Patch comes supplied with one Small Standard System Foam featuring five rows of Micro Slit foam, providing secure storage for a wide range of dry flies, nymphs, wet flies, and small streamers. Additional C&F Small System Foam inserts can be swapped in depending on the hatch or fishing conditions.

An adjustable neck cord supports both single-point and two-point carrying configurations, allowing the Fly Patch to remain stable on your chest while keeping your flies immediately accessible. Its lightweight, low-profile design makes it an excellent choice for minimalist fly fishing, mountain streams, backpacking trips, and long days on the water.
