One of the most interesting products of SwissCDC Alpin Fur is a mixture of natural animal fur from the Alps. These are hairs from the fur of adult animals, which makes them particularly dense and durable. This product has been used by fly tyers since the 1950s and is still used today.
After a long search and difficult process to acquire this natural material, the fur is washed, disinfected and packed without any dyes or colorings. This product is presented exclusively in its natural and original form.
A fantastic double for nymphs, large dry fly bodies or for terrestrial insects. Just put a small amount of these hairs in their appearance and it already looks realistic.
