SWISSCDC Multiclamp Minus is the next generation of precision feather and hair clamps, developed as an advanced evolution of the popular SWISSCDC Multiclamp. Created by Swiss designer Christian Kuchelmeister, the person behind all SWISSCDC tools, this compact clamp was designed for even finer and more precise fly tying work.
The main idea behind the Multiclamp Minus was to reduce the width of the gripping area while significantly increasing the clamping force. The result is an extremely compact yet powerful tool that provides secure control even when working with the finest fly tying materials.
Thanks to its narrower gripping band, the fly tyer can easily pick up even the shortest hairs directly from a saddle, cape, or fur. This makes the tool especially useful when working with CDC feathers, hackle, hair, and delicate fibers where precision is essential.
One of the unique features of the SWISSCDC Multiclamp Minus is the precision laser measuring grid with 2.5 mm spacing. Thanks to the additional vertical positioning of the grid, materials can be measured and fixed not only by length but also by height.
