Wapsi Foam Block
Wapsi Foam Block is a premium block of microcell EVA foam designed for tying floating fly patterns. Its generous thickness makes it ideal for creating bulky bodies, popper heads and a wide range of floating components that deliver excellent buoyancy and long-lasting durability.
The closed-cell foam structure does not absorb water, retains its shape and is easy to work with using scissors, a craft knife or a scalpel. The block can be sliced into sheets of any desired thickness or carved directly into custom shapes, giving fly tyers maximum flexibility for different patterns.
Measuring 15 × 7.5 × 2.5 cm, the Wapsi Foam Block provides enough material to tie hundreds of flies. It is an excellent choice for terrestrial patterns, Chernobyl Ants, Fat Alberts, beetles, grasshoppers, poppers, mice, strike indicators and many other floating attractor flies.
