Future Fly Duo Coloured Foam
Future Fly Duo Coloured Foam is a premium two-colour microcell foam designed specifically for tying floating fly patterns. Each sheet consists of two permanently bonded layers—a 3 mm black base and a 3 mm coloured top layer—allowing you to create flies with natural contrast and an exceptionally realistic appearance.
Widely regarded as one of the finest floating foams available for fly tying, this material features a closed-cell structure that does not absorb water, offers outstanding buoyancy and is easy to cut with scissors, a craft knife or a scalpel. The dual-colour construction allows you to create perfectly contrasting bodies in a single cut, eliminating the need to laminate separate foam layers.
Each 10 × 16 cm sheet provides enough material to tie a large number of flies. It is ideal for terrestrial patterns, Chernobyl Ants, Fat Alberts, beetles, grasshoppers, poppers, mice and many other floating attractor flies.

FLYFISHING.BG RECOMMENDSThe biggest advantage of Duo Coloured Foam is its built-in contrast. With a single cut, you create a perfectly finished body featuring a dark underside and a bright top, saving tying time while producing clean, professional-looking flies. It is especially effective for terrestrial patterns and modern attractor flies where colour contrast greatly enhances visibility and fish attraction. |
