What is Hedron Flashabou Micro 1/100″?

Flashabou Micro is the finest version of the famous Flashabou series from Hedron. Measuring only 1/100″ (approximately 0.25 mm) in width, the fibres create extremely subtle reflections that closely imitate the natural shimmer of fish scales and aquatic insects.

The material absorbs virtually no water and can be used either on its own or blended with natural and synthetic fly tying materials. Thanks to its ultra-fine width, it is particularly well suited for smaller fly patterns where every detail matters.
