The classic Microchenille was one of the first synthetic materials of textile origin, used in the fly fishing sector. Characterized by very short, sparse fibers without any iridescent or glossy effect, they are held in place by a special glued core. One of the basic products for all small natural-looking flies. Excellent for creating compact bodies and body extensions, also very effective for imitations aimed at alternative fly fishing.
