Hends Competition Leader 6.00 m / 0.22 mm

Hends Competition Leader 6.00 m / 0.22 mm is a specialized long leader for competition nymph fishing and modern European nymphing techniques, designed for maximum rig control and precise fly presentation.

Made from high-quality monofilament with an optimal balance between stiffness and sensitivity, this leader provides direct contact with the nymphs and allows effective tracking of the rig movement during the drift.

The 6.00 m length makes it ideal for wider rivers, deeper sections, and situations where a greater distance between the rod tip and the flies is required. It is suitable for Euro Nymphing, Czech Nymphing, and contact nymphing techniques.

Longer leaders provide an advantage when fishing wider and deeper rivers because they allow better control of the nymphs at distance. Combined with a sensitive rod tip and a properly selected tippet, they create an extremely effective Euro Nymphing system.
